We asked Wayne to list our home about a year and a half ago. We knew that he was selling quite a few houses in our area, and also knew he and his wife socially. Wayne's understated style should not be underestimated. He helped us (re)stage and took it from there. Lo and behold! He held open houses and continually brought in potential buyers. It sold! Lastly, Wayne pays attention to many details around planning the closing. Other people we know who used Wayne's services were also pleased that he facilitated utilities and other tasks that sometimes 'surprise' new homeowners. He is there for you from the beginning until you are settled. He really does go above and beyond to ensure it is a positive experience for you. Highly recommend him. And he is a really nice man as well!

I have known Mike for many years. I met him through my father who owned a condo in Captains Harbor on Pine Island. He and my father were fishing buddies and we met on one of their outings. Some time ago my parents passed and the condo was left to me. When it came time to sell, I thought of Mike as that is what my father would have done. Mike did an excellent job and treated me not just as a customer, but as a friend. Mike got me top dollar. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Mike!!!

As a discerning home owner on Pine Island, i could not be more please with the wonderful team at Pine Island Realty. Those involve with rental support are very responsive and at times go above and beyond to insure the home owner is happy.
