We met Wayne Taylor at an open house he was hosting when we first started looking to buy a home in Estero. He was very helpful in getting us to understand the differences between communities, pointing out things we didn't even know to look for. Once we decided on a community, Wayne was able to introduce us to some of the social amenities that were available as well as experience the golf facilities. He was tireless in joining us on our quest to find the perfect house for us. And then he was always able to answer our questions about the closing process.
