I was very happy to have Denise Joyce as my buying agent for my new home. She is a very positive individual and is easy to work with. Our experience with Mike and Pine Island Realty was unique. Mike was actually helping the seller out as a service and act of friendship. Our seller and elder lady need his guidence in completing the sale. Mike handled the entire process in quick and good fashion.
