I COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER PERSON FOR MY AGENT - SHE WORKED TIRELESSLY TO FIND THE PERFECT HOME FOR ME - THERE IS A LOT THAT I WON'T SHARE IN THIS COMMENT - BUT YOU CAN ASK HER ABOUT IT - KNOWING JUST WHAT I NEEDED SHE FOUND IT - MY DAUGHTER USED HER TO FIND A HOME IN FORT MYERS AND SAID SHE WILL FIND WHAT YOU WANT AND WILL NOT STOP UNTIL SHE FINDS IT - THIS IS A FACT!! Lisa is an all-in sales person that flat out got the job done for us. She gave us good advice, staged the house photography and the marketing material was 1st class including aerial video. Once on the market, she networks like crazy and worked many open houses and viewings. The property is unique and she nailed all the selling features and presented them in superb fashion. She made herself available to us all hours through email, text, and phone, even from Europe when she was on vacation. If we had it to do all over we would call Lisa for sure. Job well done! I highly recommend Candice Carter. I believe she is successful because she works harder than other agents. She puts her heart into her work, is ethical, energetic and truly interested in her clients and their needs. She is creative and does not give up when obstacles arise. When we were in a jam, her husband even came over to help my husband on a project. If you are looking to hire a realtor, there is no need to look further. She is the one!
