Amy was on top of things from the first minute on. She suggested a few things for showing the house. She also explained that this was the worst time of the year to put a house on the market because it was right after season ended. She warned us things would be slow moving and there may not be any or little action from people looking for a house for a few months. We weren’t in a desperate situation so we accepted. Amy also explained that while this was a very slow time, the people who do look at houses this time of year are buyers not lookers. We had one showing the first week, nothing else for about a month and then we had three showings in two weeks. The 4th set of lookers bought the house. Amy was on top of things keeping us up to date several times. She made sure the closing would be smooth and it was. If I ever sale the house I am in now, I will call Amy!

We were out of town buyers from the Midwest visiting Naples for a couple months over the winter and wanted to leave owning a Florida home but didn't realize how challenging this seller's market would be. Bill and Stacey worked with us extensively showing us properties and quickly understood our interests, end goals and were very patient with us along the way offering coaching and advice. Their level of care and attention to detail takes "white glove service" to a whole different level. They are very knowledgeable about the SW Florida market, which was key to our success. Once we finally got a property under contract, they were extremely helpful with local contacts for inspections, financing, insurance, pool service, etc. They met with vendors at the house on our behalf and made sure the property was ready to close. They made the transaction very easy, seamless and their communication was over the top! For these reasons, we highly recommend Bill and Stacey and are very happy to call them our first two Florida friends as we start our new life there.

Jodi Tippins was my agent to sell a piece of land. She was professional, informative and compassionate during this process. In spite of the delays caused by hurricane Helene and Milton to close the deal, Jodi was on top of things and kept us informed all the time. There’s only one word to describe Gabriele! AMAZING!!! Gabriele is a very professional realtor. She was very experienced and most of all extremely patient. Gabriele asked us what we were looking for and what we were looking to spend and she took it from there. She showed us many properties which actually became dangerous because we liked a little from each and couldn’t decide on just one (probably because they were not the one). After looking for quite a few days and running through most of her inventory she showed us a home that was everything we liked under one roof. It was the ONE!!!! She never gave up. After we purchased it she did not stop there. She helped us through inspections and all questions we had to complete the purchase. She even came to the closing and personally handed us the keys!! The keys to our paradise!!! She is a true professional and an asset to the real estate industry!!!!
