I wish this survey offered 10 stars to give to Bruce. He was constantly available, very patient as we struggled to find the perfect home, shared valuable insight as to the market and the properties we were interested in and never seemed hurried or pre-occupied with other clients. Once we zeroed in on the final condo and needed to make a few last visits Bruce would understand our need for the perfect home, finally when we made up our mind to make an offer , he was extremely valuable in assisting us in our negotiations for purchase. After a successful agreement was signed Bruce helped us with and arranged the property inspection and other details required by our mortgage company. I am confident that the value Bruce brought us with his experience, energy and knowledge played a major role in our buying the home of our dreams as well as finding and negotiating a terrific value

Samantha was excellent in helping us acquire our dream vacation home. She worked consistently throughout the entire process; always with expertise, professionalism, and a friendly, warm, genuine demeanour. It was because of Samantha’s steady tenacity that we were able to attain the property of our choice, in a competitive environment. Even after she helped us get the property, her high value service continued, through all of her excellent industry recommendations (i.e. home inspector, decor specialist, home insurance, etc.), and through being involved and an advocate for us on every other step of the process, such as attending home inspection and title signing, etc. In sum, while we have both dealt with many other real estate agents over the years, Samantha has truly been the most effective, “whole package” real estate agent, possessing excellent knowledgeable professional service from start to finish and beyond, complimented by her very personable and relationship-oriented approach.
