We rate Bob "excellent." Bob was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, detailed and had excellent follow through. At the first meeting, he presented us with an orange binder with all the information we would ever need to make a decision. In addition, there was a copy of the Sunday paper and chamber of magazines on Naples and surrounding areas. He was gracious showing us house after house and we narrowed it down and finally bought. He is the best agent we have ever had!

If you're looking for an honest, professional, and caring realtor then work with Daniel.?? ? Our initial phone call consisted of me bombarding him with questions and him patiently answering them.? As a first time buyer in NYC, I had a vague idea of what I was looking for in a house. Daniel helped us figure out important criteria that would become important in the future? (i.e. potential valuable investments like a garage). His contracting experience is a huge bonus because he could provide objective information about how big or small a job would be (I.e. building a bathroom, finishing a basement, building a fence). He'd provide his input on ?properties and would still come out bright and early to show us a house even if he didn't agree that it was the right fit. Daniel wasn't pushy and supported our decisions and opinions. He'd always summarize a showing of a ?property at the end. He'd give objective pros and cons and then preface his subjective input with: if you want my opinion ____. ?Furthermore, he understood that due to religious reasons, we had different mortgage requirements. Daniel was honest from the beginning and gave us the heads up that it may affect the closing. Even though we had some hiccups, Daniel diligently helped us work with our mortgage broker (who we changed midway through because he was messing around) in order to help us get everything done in a timely manner. ? Daniel is ?ALWAYS on time, which in his rule book is always at least 15 minutes early. And he ? 'd inform us? ahead of time if he had? a subsequent appointment after the showing or walkthrough so that we can plan our time accordingly and take our time at the property. He is prompt with his paperwork and follows through on his promises. He always follows up with us and will always answer our million and one questions and or get back to us when he finds an answer. If he didn't know an answer to a question, he would honestly say so, instead of making one up.? ?Daniel's professionalism is exemplary. For example, even though he had a personal situation, we never felt that we were neglected in any way; he never used it as an excuse ?or let it impact his work. That is the definition of professionalism in my book. Finally, he also went above and beyond his job description to help us reach closing in a timely manner when our attorney's office was going through internal changes? that continued to postpone our closing date?. ?I'm recommending Daniel to friends and family. And I'm also recommending him to anyone who is looking for a supportive, realistic, and professional agent who will look out for your best interests. And P.S.: A word of advice from a first time buyer: No matter who you choose to be your realtor (I'm strongly urging you to go with Daniel), if you don't know how to advocate for yourself, your family, and your needs, then it will be a difficult process and you may end up with something you regret. So keep an open mind but also remember to take a stand on what's important to you. If after you give someone a chance, your needs aren't prioritized, then professionally excuse yourself and look for someone else. This is too big of a decision for you to walk into every day of your life regretting your choice.
