I've known Blair since 2017, when as a neighbor who I'd never met before, he showed up at my house just after Hurricane Irma and spent hours helping me to clean up all the debris in my yard, move fallen palm trees and replant all the hedges that I'd just put in weeks before. This speaks to his character and what a great person he is in general. When I began looking for a new home, I reached out to Blair and he gave me advice and guidance to find a place that was just the right fit for me. He made the process so easy, went above and beyond to help with arranging meetings, getting insurance secured and handling to do items for me to take the stress and confusion out of the process. He was always available for a phone call or advice. I cannot say enough about what a positive and smooth experience he made this. He is a true professional and a great citizen of our local community. Alfonso has been a huge help in our search for a Florida house. He was patient while we viewed several properties and went out of his way to video some houses for us to view while we were in Illinois. He made the process very easy and we are so grateful for his time and efforts. He was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that came up. This was my second property I was able to purchase with the help and guidance of Sally Kellogg. Sally is extremely knowledgeable of the market and target neighborhoods. She has a great rapport with other realtors which makes for ease of negotiations and seamless transactions. I met Sally after she found my sister a home in Naples. She’s become more than a realtor. She’s truly a great friend. I was alone when I got here in 2020, so she and her husband introduced me to some local places, so I wouldn’t be lonely. Then she found me a gorgeous condo that was being built, in 2021 which I’m happy to say I closed on in May. She has a ton of experience and knowledge in Naples. And once she knows exactly what you’re looking for, she will find it for you. Highly recommend her.
