Had a wonderful experience from the time we contacted Nicola Wakelin for initial enquiry about listing our home for sale until the day it was closed. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Wayne Taylor as my realtor. This past year I have sold three homes in three different states with three different realtors. I only wish Wayne could have been my realtor for all three sales because he was head and shoulders above the other two. From the very beginning he explained every detail of his process clearly, offered excellent advice, answered every question along the way almost immediately, was on top of every detail, and was a professional, calming , and caring presence throughout all the ups and downs of my house sale. Blaze is great in every aspect of the selling/buying process. He pays attention to every detail and makes the process very easy. He found exactly what I was looking for and arranged everything from inspection to moving in. He is very knowledgeable in his field and has great network of local companies so I didn’t have to deal with anything! I highly recommend him !
