Arianne is a terrific asset to finding the right home for you. She listens to your needs and is able to find options that fit within the range of interests you specify. She is responsive and gives you attention, and is very flexible in scheduling time to assist you in your search, selection, and then getting things across the finish line. She provides good counsel as you examine your options, and doesn't push or pull -- she provides much needed support and feedback as you make your way through the process of finding THE RIGHT home for you! I found her amazingly organized in providing the steps needed to complete to close, and she not only reminds YOU of actions needed, but also the other agent, the mortgage broker, and the title company. She marshals the whole process to an effective conclusion! Arianne helped me find a long-term rental when I was desperate for one, and did so with the same degree of attention and enthusiasm she would from a sale transaction. It was her responsiveness and support in that circumstance that led me back to her when I was ready to buy. Often, I've found RE agents are less interested in "Buyer's Agent" work -- but Arianne didn't fit that model! I can only imagine that she's just as dedicated in the selling-side. I've never worked with a better agent!

I could not close this chapter without bragging on Susan Yarab. She is the most professional, responsive agent I have ever worked with. Susan has a wonderful skill set and I give her the highest grade in local knowledge, process, experience, responsiveness and negotiating skills. I was limping along with no activity for over 2 years until Susan appeared on the scene and in a short sevral months I had my house under contract. Way to go Susan! It was a great experience from start to finish and I thank my lucky stars that I have found and hired Susan
