Our Realtor, Tania Agathos, should be everyone's Realtor! We have been in SW Florida for 5 years. Yes, we are 'those' Snowbirds. Tania found us the most beautiful Condo a few years ago where we have been going back and forth to and from the Northeast. Now that we have retired, and living here for 7 plus months/year, we decided we wanted a home on the canals with more privacy. Tania sold our condo in less than 7 days and worked effortlessly to find us the perfect home with everything we asked for. So in short, we put our condo up for sale on December 24th, sold it in 7 days and today, January 30th, we are in our new home.
