I am a repeat offender when choosing the talents of Danielle. This was my third transaction with Danielle and pleasantly surprised that the service as a sellers agent was as successful as when I was the buyer. The reason that I have used Danielle repeatedly is because she always has my best interests in mind. When I was willing to accept a lower offer, Danielle negotiated and we received an offer above the competing comparatives. That is a win! Met Robin Borriello in the winter of 2023 when my husband and I were looking to rent a home for the season. Robin went above and beyond to answer all our questions and assisted us with negotiating a monthly price. Her attentiveness and patience were the two key factors in us calling her again to purchase a place in Lely Resort.
