Danielle helped us buy a Florida property that fitted our needs perfectly. She was never pushy and really took her time with us. This is our 4th transaction with Rob Dowling. We purchased our home in Wyndemere with Rob in 2019, then sold that property in 2023 in one day! Then we purchased our property in Vineyards in 2023. For health reasons we sold that property in 2024 in a very slow market in 3 weeks. It would not have been possible without the guidance and expertise of Rob Dowling.

Chad began speaking with us months before we arrived here to purchase in May 2022. His business acumen from his expertise on the gated community market and knowledge of the amnesties they offer is educational and imperative to the buyer. We purchased the home in the Palmira subdivision and it needed some cosmetic work. Chad partners with experts in home repair and remodeling.
