We were brand new to the area and had a young child with another on the way. We were worried about finding the right house to meet the needs of our growing family considering we knew so little about neighborhoods and schools. Additionally, as the market was flooded with foreclosures and short sales we were unsure about the complications that could present. Danielle grew up here and also has a family of her own, so she really understood our concerns and was able to provide key insights to help us narrow our search and feel confident about our final choice. She was incredibly patient and made us feel like she was as invested as we were in finding the right home. We did at one point consider a short sale and she was fully informed about what was involved and how to navigate the process. We found a great house and negotiated a price that made it perfect. I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone looking to buy in SWFL.

Judy Hansen was wonderful. She has great breadth of knowledge of the Naples real estate from North Naples to South Naples. We had been working with Judy for several years off and on and she never pushed for us to commit to anything that wasn't just right for us. She was very much in our corner as first time buyers in Naples and was always looking after our best interests whenever we made an offer on a property. She went the extra mile to get our questions answered using all her contacts from contractors, lawyers, home insurance brokers, home inspection vendors and the like, to obtain the most accurate information for us. As far as real estate agents go, and I've worked with quite a few over the years, Danielle Meady is top notch.
