Christina is a stellar real-estate agent that shines compared to other agents I've worked with over the years. Being new to SWFL and not knowing the area, we were fortunate to have found someone with the business insight and experience to help us. From the start, the transaction was unique since the property we wanted wasn't for sale, and it's a prime location. We also knew a prime location is always associated with high dollars, especially in a hot market. So we didn't have high hopes holistically. However, much credit to Christina's business acumen; the owner was willing to entertain, and we got the property at a price point that was in our favor. There were a few twists and turns during the transaction and heated conversations. Still, through it all, Christina was very polite, professional, and prudent in her decision and never lost focus on finalizing the deal.If you're in the market to buy or sell your property, I highly recommend Christina. Michael was the star player in the multi-sale deal. This was a complicated sale involving 3 different buyers/sellers, all contingent on each other. This deal had many obstacles, many personalities, many different work ethics. Michael stayed in the center of all the chaos, navigating all hurdles as they came. If it hadn’t been for Michael, this deal would have died many deaths. Michael’s hard work, determination, and positive attitude got the deal done. I would definitely use and/or recommend him again. I listed my home with Danielle after finding her on zillow and meeting her for the first time. Her knowledge of the real estate market was apparent from the beginning and her marketing skills were also quite apparent. I thought my house would be a hard sell as I had only purchased the home a few months before I listed it for sale. Danielle was positive and supportive and helped me come up with a realistic market price. She brought a number of realtors to the home initially to give it broad exposure to as many agents as possible. Six months after I listed my home I received a full price offer and sold it for $120,000 more than I paid for it 10 months earlier. I attribute that success to Danielle's marketing skills and negotiation expertise. At the same time I purchased another home with Danielle and she was able to orchestrate the closings of both properties on the same day--not an easy task to accomplish! She will be my realtor from this point forward because I know she can be trusted to do what she says she will do and is very knowledgeable of the real estate market. She is also very friendly and lots of fun to work with!

...Chuck was out of the area when we were here in October, but Albie filled in and never missed a beat. He also was a pleasure to work with-a joy. Albie exuded the same great attributes as Chuck, which made the march to closing seemless. They both get five stars plus from us. Michael Soulard brought a very complicated, 3 closing deal to its completion! I was so impressed with his upbeat, can do attitude. The people he brought in to help with the whole process were also top-notch. I would recommend Michael to anyone with real estate needs.
