Lisa Blanchard was absolutely awesome to work with! She was very attentive to our needs, answered our questions very quickly and was beyond helpful in the buying of our FL home. She had so much knowledge and experience to share and knew the area quite well. We appreciated all the time she spent with us, showing us places, taking her weekend and nights to help with things and essentially was there for us all the time. She had the patience of a saint working with the sellers agent, who couldn’t have been more difficult. Lisa kept her business attitude and determination, and just got the job done. My husband and I spent over a year with Chad trying to locate the ideal place for us and to furthermore win the bid in a crazy housing market. We lived out of state while going through this process and watched as new listings popped up on the market. Chad would immediately set appointments, tour properties, and send his feedback via video footage, texts and phone calls. Never once did he complain about the number of properties that we either did not prefer or lost out during the bidding war. He stayed very positive and kept reassuring us that we would locate the right place for us eventually. His positive attitude, amazing work ethic, attention to detail, knowledge of the Naples market as well as contacts for repairs, painting, etc. made Chad an excellent choice through this process. He was on top of everything from beginning to end and even checked on us several days after move in ensuring that everything was as expected. My husband and I highly recommend Chad!

Danielle is my Buyer's Agent. She was responsive throughout the entire process of my selecting an agent. She was very flexible and accommodated my schedule. Danielle was our buyer’s agent. We came from another state to buy a property in Cape Coral and Danielle was recommended by an acquaintant. We were first-time home buyers, not familiar with the area, not decide on the price of the property, but we planned to find a property within one week. Danielle understood our situation and very patient but efficient with us in looking for different types of properties during the week. She was very knowledgeable about the area and used her professional experiences to explain the pros/cons of each property we visited. She was very efficient in making house-showing appointment, returning our phone calls/emails immediately, and was well-connected with people in Cape Coral-Fort Myers area. For example, when we had a question about the structure of a property, she quickly put us on a phone with a professional inspector who answered our question satisfactorily. As our financial situation was complicated, we failed many times to get a mortgage loan through mortgage brokers listed on zillow. Danielle successfully found a local banker for us who offered us a mortgage loan. That mortgage loan possibility made such a big different for us and we finally decided to buy a waterfront property with larger appreciation potential. Danielle helped us to do the closing very quickly and explained every step to us clearly. We really appreciated Danielle’s professional and friendly service and highly recommend her.

I could not be happier with Mary. She knew exactly where I wanted to move and put me on 5-7 different listings within a 3-5 day period. When she found my home she made herself available anytime I wanted to get in that house , which was a lot. I would recommend Mary to all looking for their dream home in Naples.
