Zillow led us to Danielle Meady on a late Saturday afternoon. She called us right back and was ready to work with us! She was willing to show us as many houses we wanted to see before we decided on our first home. As first-time home buyers, we didn't know anything about buying a home and had lots of questions. Chad was exceptional throughout our entire home buying process. Not only did he help us find the perfect place for us, but he handled the whole process from start to finish helping us every step of the way. He was so professional, extremely responsive, super knowledgeable and went way above and beyond on everything. Never once did we feel he was trying to sell us on anything. His sole goal seemed to make sure we were happy and comfortable with every aspect of the process. Given we were out-of-state buyers, this was key and took all of the stress out things. Now moved in, he's still available making sure everything is working out and provides valuable advice on the area. A class-act....highly recommend!

If you are looking for a professional real estate agent, we highly recommend Danielle Meady. As first-time home-buyers we had a lot of questions and Danielle was always patient with us and would take the extra time to answer our questions in detail ensuring we had a full understanding. She was super responsive to emails and phone calls and was always well prepared for showings with all details and research handy. Commission was clearly not her main goal, she wanted to make sure we took our time and did what was best for us. Look forward to using Danielle again in the future.

This is the second property we have purchased with John R. Wood and Keith Marvelle. Since we plan on living in this property for 30 years or more, we looked at many suitable homes before making a decision.
