My husband and I wanted to purchase a winter home in Fort Myers. I was in Fort Myers in November with a group of girlfriends, one of whom, was also looking for a condo in the same area. We put Danielle to work right away. We gave her a list of condos that we were interested in, and she shortlisted it to desirable areas and with the amenities and price range that we were searching for. Within a very short time, she found myself and my friend an ideal condo, in a great area with all the amenities that we were searching for. Danielle was very attentive to our needs and responded to our calls and texts in a timely manner. My husband and I ended up putting in our offer for the condo, once I was home in Canada. Danielle helped us with the process, every step of the way. She answered all of our questions, and if she didn't know the answer, she followed up with the appropriate people and got back to us right away. Working with a real professional. Nelson Rua worked in a team with my estate agent. At the beginning of my search for a house, he had explained to me how he thought Cape Coral would develop and where it was worth investing. I found myself face to face with a man who had a wide range of interests and, at first glance, seemed to dance at a thousand weddings. This impression turned out to be correct and particularly valuable in the process of my purchase decision. I did the viewings myself with his team partner Grace. Once I had decided that I wanted to move on to the next phase with an object, the stage was set for Nelson Rua. He took a second look at the property from a completely different perspective, one that a layman like me wouldn't be able to see. The day after my viewing, I was given valuable information about the building substance and the quality of the workmanship in the house. It turned out that I wasn't just dealing with a real estate agent, but with a real professional with valuable knowledge of construction techniques. I had a total of three shortlisted items. Apart from the one I finally bought; we had nicknames based on the color scheme. One was called “Villa de Cruella” and the other “Pale Smurf”. Nelson Rua drove to all three houses afterwards and wasn't shy about telling me honestly if he thought something was wrong. He was also able to give a good estimate of how much it would cost to rectify a flaw. Imagine you've just fallen in love and someone comes along and tells you about a major character deficiency in your conquest. Not a pleasant situation for either side and yet broker Rua made it easy for me to process this information. In the end, it was Nelson Rua who successfully negotiated the conditions and managed to squeeze out another discount on the purchase price. The real surprise - and I shouldn't have been surprised, because I had this impression from the first meeting - is Nelson's professional network. I thought he danced at a lot of weddings, but I found out how good these parties were for me after I finally bought the unnamed house. I needed tradesmen for custom interior work, a pool builder and someone to install a reverse osmosis system for me. Of course I solicited bids myself, but Nelson Rua always knew someone who was qualified, what the quality of work would be, and I ended up saving thousands of dollars because of Nelson's recommendations. In addition, I had a good feeling that the work would be done well. Nelson Rua is an absolute professional in real estate. He is always willing to go the extra mile, shines with competent expertise and his professional network is an extraordinary added value. I can only recommend putting yourself in Nelson Rua's hands when buying a property.

I would highly recommend Danielle .Danielle was friendly ,personable and always professional Danielle has a lot of experience which always came through. all of our calls ,text and emails were returned in a timely manner Danielle was available 24/7 .We communicated some times as late as 10pm giving my crazy work schedule weekends were never a problem. If she did not know the answer she was on the phone she worked closely with our loan processor to help us get all paperwork and questions answered .Danielle made a hard and otherwise unpleasant and stressful situation .pleasant. Danielle helped in every aspect of this transaction. She was very accommodating with regards to our busy schedule and went out of her way to make everything work. During closing she found multiple errors on our closing sheet which she had corrected for us (saving us a lot of $$!). She went above and beyond our expectations in every aspect of our purchase. Highly recommended!

Robin Crudele is an excellent sales associate. She is knowledgeable about the market, she responds quickly to questions and is very personable. I definitely would use her again if the need arises and would highly recommend her to others in the market to sell or buy a house.
