Karyn was great, she was professional even when other players were not. She never let her ego get in the way of the deal. She was calm and cool throughout. Our closing was pretty smooth but had the potential to blow up if not for an experienced psychiatrist (or I mean agent) on our side, like Karyn.

I was happy that I could generally reach Christine when I needed to and she kept me apprised of the situation at Eagle Creek. Of course she was a neighbor in the community so very well informed about what was going on with comparable properties, etc.
