I am writing to share with you the wonderful experience we had selling our home in Fort Myers with your agent Susan Yarab. We met Susan back in March 2017 when we came to the area to buy a home when moving from Texas. We were working with XXXX who was not available during the time we were in town and therefore Susan stepped up to show us around.From the moment we met Susan we felt comfortable and truly fell in love with her as our real estate agent. Jerry was phenomenal from beginning to end! Customer service is the most important part in the real estate business and he was nothing better than Perfect! I would like to let you know how wonderful Susan Yarab was during our entire process of relocating and buying a home in Florida. I believe that she went above and beyond in every aspect of our process. She was very patient and knowledgable. We relocated from IL. I was in IL and my husband was in Florida. She worked with both of us and made me feel a part of the process even from long distance. She continues to followup with us on how we are doing and if we need anything she can be of help with. In this day and age it is rare to find someone with that level of customer service! She listened to our needs and wants, guided us to different areas, pros and cons so we would be able to pick the perfect home. She made the entire process from the begining of selecting homes to looking at to the final closing easy and as stress free as possible. She is a wonderful agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home is SW Florida
