Lisa always had our interests as her top priority. We communicated almost daily keeping us informed of every showing and comments made by prospective buyers. If there were any comments made that Lisa thought could be incorporated to make the property more desirable, she would contact us and make suggestions which was very helpful. Angel really was great as my agent to sell my home. He explained everything and what to expect. He advertised not only on the internet but in the Naples newspaper also. He always promptly returned my texts/phone calls and I really could not have asked for more personalized service.

We were very impressed with Lisa. She went out of her way to help us find our home. We were out of town buyers so she would go look at places for us. She would send us videos and her honest opinion. We trusted her completely. She replied to our questions very promptly.

Well today it was final, I sold my house . . . well Art sold my house. With as much drive and determination as one could have . . . single property web site, talking house, Facebook, open houses, everything and then some. If you want someone to sell your home, Art is the one to go to. If I ever do this again, I hope Art is still selling homes. Art, the best of luck and thank you so very much my friend . . . thanks!

Annemarie is knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to work with. She always made herself available to us, whether it was to look at houses or answer general questions about the process or the area.
