Bill Verdonk of John R. Wood is terrific. He just gets it done. I've used him for four homes now. One difficult buyer wanted some 20 things done, including a new(er) retractable screen door. He just paid for it and had it installed. This month with this last sale, he personally unwrapped and installed a new chandelier with an electrician - attaching some 600 crystals by hand which he did himself. This last home sold to the first person who signed a contract, all cash, but who wanted it closed in less than a week. He did it. Inspection (one for mold) and all, Including picking up and delivering her new porch furniture and then sweeping the porch and setting it all up. Bill is always enthusiastic and just --- GETS IT DONE.

I've known Cheryl since 2012. She helped my husband and I buy a condo at Pelican Landing in 2012. When my husband passed away, I decided to put the condo up for sale August of 2016. Cheryl was a great help to me. I've gotten to know Cheryl personally. She worked really hard to get it sold. She is very good at her job and I would use her again if I ever decided to buy in Florida. We would definately recommend Debbie to anyone thinking of puchasing or selling a property. Debbie was very knowledgeable and informative from the beginning of sale until the close. She educated us on market comparisons for the listing and worked diligently until the closing. Being Canadian residents selling in the United Stated did present some unkown concerns. Debbie was able to relieve our concerns with her knowledge pertaining to legal matters and tax implications and a list of possible proffesionals to deal with these matters for us. Debbie was very patient with us and supplied the facts that helped us make informed decisions. We can not begin to thank her enough for looking after things in Florida while we were in Toronto.
