Sue and Roderick were great. They helped us find a fantastic condo on Gulf Shore Blvd. They are not high pressure and stressed that they wanted something that was perfect for us. I am a bit Type "A" and so I sent them tons of emails, but they are so responsive we couldn't believe it. They answered all of our questions at every point along the way. We've bought and sold 8 houses over the years, dealt with a lot of realtors, and Sue and Roderick were so professional. Roderick actually has an MBA in finance. It was actually fun finding a home with them, they love real estate. They really helped us evaluate different areas that we thought were interested in, and the worked their network to find some properties that weren't even officially on the market. Compared to what others are selling for, we think we've already made $200,000 because we got such a good deal. If you want professional people that really know the market, I highly recommend them.
