Susan did an outstanding job throughout the entire buying cycle. She did an excellent job finding the right property for us and in assisting us in negotiating a fair price. With twins on the way, I needed to sell my condo quickly and secure a good offer. It was Alysia's research of the community, experience in the industry and honest guidance that helped me feel comfortable with the asking price for my condo. Although other condos in my community had been on the market for weeks, I received multiple offers within 24 hours of my condo being listed. Alysia was very thorough with her countering process. After a lackadaisical first realtor with little results, I met with Diana McCoy. She got right to work. She made various suggestions to improve the look of my house.
