We were thinking about buying a place in the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area when we met Tania at an open house. At our first meeting, she had several properties to review with us that met our preferences. As we visited each location, we were impressed with Tania's knowledge of the area and the energy and time she dedicated to our search. She has a sunny, easy going disposition which made working with her a real pleasure. After a few days, we found a home in Cape Coral. Tania suggested adding several of the furnishings to the negotiations which was a great help to us. We would definitely recommend Tania to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in this part of southwest Florida

Bill did a very good job with us as we started out just looking for homes with the possibility of purchasing in the future and he still took his time to show us what we wanted to see and made suggestions but also allowed us to go through the inventory we were interested in at the time. But, our views on what we wanted began to change and he stuck with us and took the time to help us come to a conclusion. In addition to all of that time, Bill provided valuable suggestions and contacts to assist in issues after the offer was accepted. Would definitely recommend Bill and will use him if we have another real estate transaction in Naples.

Jon Shirer is exceptional! This is coming from a couple who typically 'cringe' at the thought of a real estate transaction and all the headaches and unknowns that come along with it. We stumbled upon Jon at an open house and were intrigued by his openness, honesty and strong knowledge of the local market. Jon helped us work through a number of challenges both before and after closing, including unnecessary challenges prompted by lack of competence by the seller's agent. Hands down would recommend Jon to anyone looking in Naples. If we ever transacted again in Naples we would want Jon involved. He is competent, honest when uncertain, and he cares.
