Up front, I don't like being in videos reference a video testimonial, but I do want to say that our realtor, Laura Zutter, is phenomenal! We have been working and corresponding with Laura for over a year while we were assessing places to buy in the Glades. She was outstanding in every way possible and she made us (my wife and I) feel very comfortable with our decision to purchase a condo unit in the Glades (especially, since a lot of our correspondence had to take place from long distance since we aren't full-time residents of FL yet). Roxane has been our agent for two properties. We love her professionalism, efficiency, integrity, and organizational skills. We met Jennifer during previous visit to Naples in the summer. She spent a couple days working with us then, when we were looking but not considering buying. Jennifer took time to show us a few properties and was open and honest in our conversations, in that short period she earned our trust. When we decided to buy, we called Jennifer as we knew we would be here for a short period. We were back and forth but Jennifer was able set up showings for 6 to 7 units and we were able to find the house that most met our requirements, both in location and price. The close process was smooth with Jennifer making multiple trips to meet with the various inspectors, appraisers and where needed. We were pleased and grateful for Jennifer’s assistance and guidance during this process. In short Jennifer made us comfortable with the buying process, we felt she was trustworthy and working us, and went out of her way to make this a smooth transition right up to the close.
