Dave is the best. I used to work for him. He's very ethical, and always on top of things. Responds to questions promptly. Terrific fellow. That being said, I still have one complaint about John R. Wood, and that's the extra $295 charge for "keeping my records," on top of the 6 percent commission. What does that entail, exactly? Pushing a key on a computer to send my records to the Cloud? Perhaps other agencies are doing it. But you know what? You could be the one that Doesn't. Just a suggestion.

My wife and I met Marv when viewing a different property. Our experience was so pleasant that we decided to call him when it was time to make an offer on the property we ultimately purchased. He always had the answers to our questions and if not he was able to get one in a short time. He treated us with respect and kindness. He always made himself available on short notice. Most important of all he helped us purchase the Condo of our dreams! My wife said to me please tell everyone that he is old school. A great professional who knows his business and and a gentleman. I must also say that he was out of the country for a week while we were negotiating the purchase. At that point his office (his son and daughter) stepped in and became part of making the dream a reality. Thank you Needles group!

Dave and I searched on and off for 4 Seasons looking for just the right community, then we searched for the right model, then the right unit. He put a lot of time and energy into it from day 1 and always knew it was going to be a drawn out process. I appreciated his patience and his advice.

After reading Shannon’s website we contacted her to show us properties in Naples. She helped us purchase a condo long distance. She walked us through the process step by step and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is wanting a very knowledgeable and professional agent. Teresa Flack is not only a knowledgeable and most helpful realtor, but she is also a great sales person. Not being pushy or overbearing, she shows the house with great knowledge of the relevant details, and has a charming way in which she engages the prospect.
