Mr Rivera is a true professional. He was recommended by a mutual friend, and we are extremely pleased with him. This was the third experience purchasing a new home over the past 20 years from Lennar homes. Mr Rivera was the third realtor we have utilized. Our first two realtors assisted us through the process, but quickly accepted Lennar’s offer without attempting to assist us in obtaining a better deal. Mr Rivera fought for us. Susan did an outstanding job, went above and beyond our expectations to sell our property in a timely manner and got our targeted price. Arianne was very professional and helpful in getting my father’s condominium ready for sale. Especially since I live 1800 miles away. She took her personal time in getting items put in storage, and hiring painter’s etc. to get it ready to show. Her advertising was well done an she had several open houses. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their house or condo.

Cheryl Acquafresca was the "go to" lady with questions and help with contractors that could perform small needed adjustments to the property. Cheryl knows the required process of the ABC's of the paperwork of the closing segment of the sale. Jim and Cheryl are a good team for this career. They are excellent teachers for any "baby ducks" that come their way for instruction in the "Real Estate World."
