Alex was phenomenal to work with. I was under a time crunch and he took time to immediately look at every property I was interested in. We looked at many different styles of houses and finally were able to find my dream property. Maria Oddy is the most wonderful real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is outstanding at follow through, making sure all fees and information regarding each property is clear. She takes the time to be sure the property you are looking at is perfect for you. I never felt rushed. I never felt pressured. Her genuine concern was what you were purchasing met all of your needs and within your budget. It was a pleasure meeting Chris who again went over all the properties and offered her insight. I would never hesitate to recommend Maria and this team . I am so happy with the property I purchased and the whole experience. Even after my closing Maria followed up to be sure I was enjoying my new condo, and if there was anything I needed she was there to offer her suggestions and recommendations.
