I was relocating to Naples from NC and had very little knowledge of the area. I was referred to Karyn Samuel and she surpassed my expectations! She immediately gave me great feedback on locations that fit my lifestyle and budget. I never would have found the community where I ended up purchasing without her. I had a challenging building process and Karyn was involved every step of the way. She was an advocate for me here while I went back to NC to sell my home and pack up. Ann is an experienced professional and she was exactly what we expected her to be. Our only introduction to her was her postcards. Our first meeting with her was to ask her to list our home. She came to get our listing bringing a scheduled showing 6 hours later. A full price offer within 24 hours.
