Ann went above and beyond and has the patience of a saint. The house was under contract when Ian came rolling through, which was the first hurricane we have ever been through, with house having damages the contract was canceled. Ann was there every minute checking on us and helping us navigate through things we have never had to think about, she was always there to help us find answers for things that had nothing that a listing agent should even worry about. At this point she was treating us like family we could have never gotten through this without her friendship and commitment to help us get the house sold. There are not enough words to express our gratitude.

Rowan and Karyn Samuel were the best! They encouraged me to do what ended up being the right things to do to present the home in the best possible light. They had a repertoire of vendors to recommend that were quick to work on improvements with pricing that seemed reasonable. They also had knowledge in how to price the house so it fit well in this difficult market. Through the whole process they had organized lists and 'to do's" that kept me as a seller on track so each step of the way went as easily and seamlessly as possible. I feel very fortunate that they were the team representing this listing.
