Just about 3 weeks from posting to a sales contract. Greg & Team Paradise kept me informed every step of the way. They told me when the property was to be shown and provided a written report after each visit. I got my price and they took care of everything. Five stars is not enough of a rating.

Doug is great! We have visited many properties with Doug in the past, but were never quite ready. However, he was always willing to take us looking. When we felt really ready..he was our go to realtor. He was professional, return calls, text and emails promptly. If he did not have the answer, he got it!! We can't be thankful enough for the help Kim provided us through the selling and buying process of our home. Joe is the consummate professional. He knows the market extremely well, and listens to what your needs and wants are in a home. He works hard to find a portfolio of matches and set up appointments in a timely manner. He helps you narrow down the list with objective and good advice. He then works to get the best deal possible. We have used Joe to sell one home and purchase two. If I ever have a need to buy/sell again, Joe will get my business without hesitation.

We met Tripp across the street from my Mom's condo at the Del Mar Club and from the get go he was all in and worked very hard to find us a place to buy. I would not use any other agent in southwest Florida to make any future deals. It was a great pleasure to have met him and his Mother. Unfortunately we never got to meet Brook, but it is obvious why she is working with Tripp and She was also extremely attentive through the selling process. I was very impressed how they took care of us from a great distance, being Canadian. They both were integral in taking care of any deficiencies after the crazy storm, which were minimal.
