Joe was there to answer any question by phone or email right away. He was always friendly and knowledgeable, He worked both sides of the sale fairly. His personality is so nice and calm. He solved any issues with the inspection. All the paperwork and the closing got done in a timely manner. Joe is a very nice person and makes everyone feel like a friend.

Vincent did an excellent job with the property located at 5888 Marble Court. He has excellent communications skills and went above and beyond to sell this property. He was professional at all times and responsive to all of my emails, texts and calls. How nice to have a real estate agent who respond quickly to your concerns and questions. I'm not sure if fabulous or superb is the stronger term, but which ever is stronger is the one I would use to describe Dave. Anticipating that this process would be difficult due to my being out of town, as well as the unit being unoccupied for a long while, I was expecting a lot of frustration and uncertainty as to how to go about the process from a distance and who to turn to. Dave was reassuring from the first phone call , and I have to say there was nothing I would even call a nuisance during the entire process, from the initial phone call to the day of the closing. Anything that came up Dave took care of either by making phone calls or in some cases by taking matters into his own hands- above and beyond what I would expect. Lastly, the unit sold at the price Dave thought it would.

Mindy was terrific in all aspects of our recent purchase in The Strand.
