Nico is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He really care about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood. Nico made himself available whatever it was convenient for us; Not only is he knowledgeable about themarket in the area but his is always on the top o his work giving us the best advice. Nico Paredes was referred to us and I am so glad that he was. We were searching for a luxury vacation home in Naples, FL. He understood our requirements and, because of his extensive knowledge of the area, he found several houses that checked all of the boxes. I wasn’t sure if it was possible to shop for a home 3,000 miles away during the height of the coronavirus pandemic because I couldn’t travel to view the homes. I was elated when Nico offered to FaceTime me while touring the houses. He was objective and simply pointed out things good, and bad, about each place. Nico was so personable, professional, honest and spent hours communicating with me via text, email and phone calls. Whenever I had a question, he was right there with the answer or guidance. He made himself available to us 24/7 and was extremely helpful. I also appreciated the fact that I never felt pressured during my entire decision making process. Nico Paredes exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend him for all your real estate needs!
