Susan was a perfect as you would want a sales agent to be. She kept us constantly informed about the status of showings, the changes in the marketplace, and she also gave us help on staging the condo for sale. Communication is key and she was always there for us. During the contract process she helped explain the documents and gave good advice as to the different types of forms in use. If and when we sell our new unit (which she helped us buy) we will use Susan again as our agent.

It was great to work with Jerry and Lauren DiGiacomo. We had spoken with Jerry by phone from Oregon several times before we came to look at houses. He listened to what we told him we were looking for in a home. Jerry sent us listings by email to help us discover what homes in Florida were like. By the time we arrived we had some idea of what we wanted to buy. We looked at everything in our budget range, from carriage homes, to villas to condos to single family homes. We looked at new construction and existing homes. We looked in town, and also further out at acreage properties. Jerry had wonderful insight on how different lifestyles would work for us. We looked for more than 3 weeks. He is very patient and has a great sense of humor. Jerry has great communication skills and was prompt to respond to each text or email. That was a big bonus for us. When we found our home Jerry's negotiating skills worked in our favor. We recommend Jerry and Lauren without any hesitation.

Blair is an outstanding representative. I understand that he is primarily involved in sales, but couldn’t have been more professional and helpful with our rental. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. His promptness in answering our questions and his interest in our comfort was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Blair.

Would highly recommend Lynn Bower for anyone looking for a home in Florida. Lynn listened to what we wanted and offered great suggestions. She took us to homes that met the criteria that we were looking for. But in the end we listened to what she thought would be a good fit for us and we ended up with the perfect home. Lynn made us look outside of our box and was she ever right. We will be grateful to Lynn Bower forever!!!!
