We had the pleasure of meeting Dave through a mortgage loan officer through our bank in Wooster, Ohio. Within an hour from speaking with our loan officer Dave called us in Wooster and introduced himself. Needless to say, within approximately 30 days, we became owners of our home in Fort Myers, Florida! It was very difficult at this time due to the pandemic as far as traveling to Florida. Dave and Kim went out of their way to set up the meeting with the title company, the home inspector, insurance, and application at the Six Lakes Country Club. Dave actually face timed us with the property we were interested in: in detail! Dave and Kim spent countless hours on their computer with us, helping us navigate through all of the documents! I am not sure if other realtors check on their properties for their clients after the sale is complete. But Dave and Kim are checking on our property until we can travel again to Florida! If all of your employees are as dedicated as Dave and Kim, then you truly have a fantastic agency! Thankyou Dave and Kim! Because of the both of you we are officially snowbirds!
