Our experience was great. I'm filling out the tax information on the tourist tax website. I would suggest that when your agents go over the contract, they'd let you know how to file for the tax payment. I did figure it out, but would have done it sooner if I'd known how to set up a tax account for Collier and the state of Fl. Thank you.

This was our first experience working with a realtor and it was great. We were referred to Arianne by a friend of a friend. She was patient, professional, knowledgeable, always went above and beyond to answer our questions. She made extra trips to deal with the seller as we completed the contract. She was never pushy like some of the other realtors that we met when we looked at open houses on our own prior to meeting Arianne. She provided us the steps to be completed, gave us lists of contractors, utilities, etc. We would give her 10 stars if we could.
