When your house sells faster than you expected and at the top of the price range you were hoping for, you have to say your realtor did an outstanding job. Add to that getting the sale to closing when the seller contracted COVID-19 just weeks before the closing date, you go from outstanding to whatever is higher. Not possible to expect more.

April Hoover and Jim McGinn were wonderful helping me not only selling my home but staging it, suggesting what should be replaced/upgraded and holding my hand throughout the entire listing and sale. I didn't realize how much I needed them until they put themselves wholeheartedly into my sale. I would recommend them if you are a buyer or seller. They are professional, calm, and get the job done.
