If a prospective real estate buyer or seller desires personalized and successful service in a climate where volume appears to drive success, Jill would be an excellent choice in choosing the perfect RE representative. I met with Jill during the weekend of October 15-16 at our Naples apartment after several phone conversations, text messages and emails. I made it clear to her that I could not leave my wife's bedside except for this single face to face meeting. Jill assured me that she had a wealth of experience in selling properties where she had never met with the seller except by phone or electronically. She promised that other than discussing property needs and obtaining my approval, I need not worry about anything. My presence was not necessary. She fulfilled every promise and every need, identified or not, in order to make our beautiful apartment even more attractive and appealing to prospective buyers. In addition, she provided assistance with the removal of excluded items. She contacted a parcel service to pack and ship to us. Simply put, Jill Rogers treated us as though we her only listing. We are not only grateful for a successful sale, but for the manner in which the sale was brought to completion. It was a pleasure to work with Isabelle through the 'complicated' selling and purchasing process. We had a couple surprises along the way however we worked well as a team and brought it 'to the finish line'. We would recommend Isabelle without hesitation.
