I highly recommend John R Wood Properties and realtor Linda Loomis. She went above and beyond to help me and my family sell our home, oftentimes staying up very late or getting up very early to dedicate time to selling our home. She constantly kept us in the loop via phone calls, emails, and text messages from the listing date to the closing date. Linda never left us feeling uncertain about anything. She explained every document we received in great detail, oftentimes going line by line explaining the whole contract over the phone. She ran all over town to meet deadlines or finish tasks early. But most importantly, Linda was patient and kind. She remained calm and professional when obstacles came along, never speaking negatively of anyone or blaming others. Lana is the best! Our house had been listed for a year when Lana came and made suggestions changes to make the property show better. We followed her advice and she even helped with the implementation of the changes. The changes made a big difference in the way it showed. The house sold in mere weeks after she listed it. Throughout the experience Lana was very professional and always on top of things. She communicated everything that happened during the listing and when we got a contract she made sure all t's were crossed and i's dotted up to and through closing. I was a real estate attorney for decades and as such have worked with hundreds of agents. She is the top of the top.
