It is our pleasure to give Josie Mennini the highest rating possible. She is very professional, listened to our needs and requests and provided us with potential properties that met these wishes. She works in a very efficient manner, always following through with rapid responses to our questions and quickly presenting us with property details so that we had the most up to date information. While we are at a point of indecision about properties seen, she got on the internet and found us another property that met our needs. Immediately she called the listing agent, arranged for us to meet him at the property and within an hour we had found the right place for us.
