I was referred to Sharon by my sister Sally Pratt, a long time JRW realtor who passed away last November. She told me Sharon (and her associate Dan) were honest, reliable, experienced individuals who knew the Naples market extremely well. As my sister's executor, I asked them to list her rental property in North Naples in March. We closed the sale in early July. I found them to be an exceptionally capable team who made the process easy for me every step of the way. They were thoughtful, balanced, resourceful and very pro-active. Knowing I was 3,000 miles away in San Francisco, they volunteered to handle pretty much everything that needed to be done to make the sale happen, including finding people to do some minor repair work. I would highly recommend them.

Very happy with Kim! We sold our house during a difficult time due to Covid. Kim got us a qualified buyer and went to bat for us when we had a problem with the property line. Without her work the sale could have fallen through.

From start to finish I could not have picked a better realtor than Bill Verdonk to help me find a house. He was patient and extremely helpful in the search and so knowledgeable about the area that it made a large endeavor that much easier. He also was truly my representative in negotiations and I can’t say that about every realtor I’ve had in the past. And it hasn’t stopped with the signing. He has helped me navigate several things involved with getting in a new home such as finding contractors and firms to perform needed tasks and get me set up with services. He even bought me eye drops when I had a medical issue with my eye. John R. Wood is lucky to have Bill on the team!
