Petra was the first broker we spoke with and she had an instant understanding of what we were looking for. The deal went very smooth. We are from out of the area but Petra made my husband and I very comfortable with what was going on. We always felt informed and as if we were given options that would well suit us. We ended up finding exactly what we were looking for because of Petra. We could not have asked for a better person to help us in this process. She was extremely professional and we always knew what was going on. She answered all of our questions and did so in an efficient and timely manner. Being that we were so far away, it was very important that we trusted whoever was going to help us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Kerry Pry was super helpful in the process of purchasing a home in FL. Since we do not currently live in Florida, Kerry provided all of the necessary information we needed to walk us through the process as well as the rules and regulations of the association. Kerry also approached the buyer with some of the concerns we had from the initial inspection and a few items later found that needed to be addressed. Kerry was also very friendly throughout the process and was available for all of our questions. Kerry was great!

Kathie Eberhard was an amazing real estate agent! Kathie was not only an agent, but more like a friend, helping us purchase our Florida property, from out of state. Kathie was very responsive with any concerns. She was very resourceful at finding professionals to address any concerns we had about the property. These issues were resolved, and helped ease any doubt on the property. Her quick response to our texts, emails or calls, day or late evenings and even weekends, was admirable.
