Extremely well informed and very thorough! I felt very at ease.. I do not like to be pressured. I could tell Perry enjoys his work , as he is very knowledgeable . We saw many different houses and he was never too busy to talk with me.

Couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable. Great to deal with and would highly recommend him. I sold my condo 5 years ago with Perry and bought my current home with him at that time and now I am selling that home and buying a new home with him again. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else he’s really the best!

Dean is truly a pleasure to work with. As another reviewer mentioned on Zillow, he treats every client as a million dollar client. He is so very capable and his people skills are exceptional. You can tell his primary goal is to help his clients find their happy place in beautiful SW Florida. We will miss him because he really brought the fun to the entire process. He did a great job of identifying ways to improve the property and successfully negotiated these improvements before we closed. His communications and accessibility were top-notch. All of the rave reviews on Zillow for Dean are well deserved and we highly recommend.

Carole is a great sales associate for your organization, this is the second time she helped us purchase a condo. She is the best, we have also referred her to friends that she helped with a rental of a condo for the season. They were extremely satisficed with Carole also. Carole also helped my daughter and her family find a townhouse in the area and they also were very pleased.
