I met Michelle Lyons while I was looking for an affordable home for my cousin who have lost her home during hurricane Ian. It was a hot Sunday afternoon, Michelle had literally responded within minutes to my online request to see a home in Estero. Annie is exceptionally cultivated and professional. She is unusually well informed in her field and stays current with what is going on in the market as well as the community. She is confident, demonstrates integrity, and has a strong sense of ownership for her position. All of these excellent traits are very important to me the seller. They are also important to the potential buyers she interacts with. She keeps in touch with key people in the area. She is an excellent listener. She provides appropriate and timely feedback. She is accessible. She consistently demonstrates a rare talent--how to educate, guide and influence opposing sales reps to achieve progress toward the sale without instigating a contentious fencing match. Not everyone in the market knows what they are talking about and Annie can help those less unfortunate sales reps and brokers along when they fall short. What a gem. Whoever reads this better make sure they hold on to her. Annie could go anywhere and be extremely successful and build the brand she represents wherever it may be.

My wife and I have been renting in Marco Island for the past several years. After looking at several listings online we decided it would be fun to explore our options by going to several open houses on the island. We weren’t very serious about purchasing but were curious about the different properties, their costs and what they had to offer. We visited one property where we met Kelly Ricamato. She let us walk around and she asked us a few questions that we were impressed with. We met her for coffee the next week. Six days later she found us a property of our dreams. Since we were new to purchasing Florida properties, Kelly was instrumental in guiding us through all the condominium applications, legal, inspections, insurance and other issues needed for closing. She worked closely with the sellers agent and our mortgage company to answer the many questions needed to complete our financing as well. We were extremely happy with Kelly and would recommend her highly ! .

Susan is the best in the business of Realestate. From the first moment I spoke with her, I was convinced to list with her. Her recommendations were precise, her ideas for advertising were on point, her communication and followup was remarkable. She was steadfast in every detail.
