I recently purchased a condo in Naples, Florida. Robert was referred to me by a friend. He was great. I was handling the transaction long distance. His due diligence and consciousness kept the deal on track. Everything went without a hitch which was awesome. He helped to ensure things got done timely so that by closing, we were able to “glide” which was a huge relief. Robert provided the right guidance and was on target. He truly knows his market. Although the transaction is now completed, he continues to provide assistance. He understands the importance of service excellence. Beth and Doug were great throughout the process of selling our home on Marco Island. They were very attentive, professional and always there to answer our questions. They did a great job listing our house, very professional brochures photos and internet listing. Most importantly they had our home under contract for close to asking price in a very short time. Monika is amazing.. Her knowledge of real estate, Florida laws, real estate values, knowledge of market, etcetera, etcetera. She navigated us (There were three of us Trustees all in different states and time zones) every step of the way.. She always managed to come up with a workable solution for any issue that arose. She was responsive to every request or question from any one of us. She was always available; only a phone call away. She went out of her way to do the "extra little things that came up" to make things easier for me.. Because of her great organization skills, knowledge of real estate and getting important documents in order even before the house was sold, we had the experience of a very smooth closing. I would recommend Monika as the "go to" person to anyone who wishes to buy or sell a home in the Naples area. She is the best!
