Sandra went above and beyond in helping us prepare our condo for sale, as well as guiding us through the entire process and navigating it through to completion. She did a great job of marketing our condo through social media, print publications, word of mouth and even video. She had numerous open houses and reached out to many potential buyers. In a tough market, she helped us sell our property in just a few weeks. She was always there when we needed her, and spent a lot of time making sure everything was lined up. She was extremely professional and friendly. She took her time and was very helpful in explaining the listing and sale details. Since we were not on property she even worked with a handyman to fix some minor issues at the end to ensure the closing went smoothly. Sandra is very professional, enjoyable to work with and gets results!

Lisa has worked with us now on two RE investment properties. Although the experience on my end has not worked out financially, Lisa has always gone above and beyond for my wife and I. So much so that we now consider Lisa and her husband Henrik our friends. Lisa will be the only sales associate we would work with in Florida!
