Chris was very helpful and answered tons of questions as we had not previously owned property in Florida and were buying the condo sight unseen. Friends in the community had forwarded the sales flyer to us, and at our request had Chris show them the condo we bought and one other; we based our decision largely on their recommendation and Chris helped us every step of the way through the purchase process. As a resident of the community herself, Chris was very knowledgeable and after the sale continued to be helpful, e.g. by referring us to qualified vendors and service providers in the area.

In 2022, my wife and I purchased our first home. During the process, we consulted with and were advised by Christina Mehta whom we recommend highly. Cynthia did a fantastic job she made the selling and buying process easy. Like many people I had so much going on with my life but after my buying experience with Cynthia I knew that with selling I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. At the same time she checked in regularly and updated me on anything that needed to be done to move forward. She is the only relator I recommend for the Fort Meyers area.
