Juliane was fantastic during the entire process. She listened to our needs and we found the perfect place. Once we had an accepted offer, that’s when Juliane really went above and beyond. All the things that need to be done and coordinated, she helped immensely. She communicated well. Gave suggestions. She works great with all the partners and folks involved in the transaction. Even when things arise, no problem Juliane just jumped into action and things get done and resolved. We closed quickly and on time. Super happy!!!
