Gabriele was on top of everything throughout the process. I just wanted to acknowledge your effort in finding us a home in Lamorada. It all started when an agent up in the St. Petersburg office gave you my mane and you followed up. We got you our wish list and then you went to work to find us a place. Your suggestion to look at new construction was never a consideration in my mind. Having said this it was the right call. After leaning toward Lamorada, we asked you to see if you could take some pictures which you happliy did. What really sold us was the video you took! That sealed the deal! You exceeded my expectations on this. It has been nothing but a pleasure dealing with you. Your follow up is impeccable and your demeanor is delightful. We recently sold our house with Lori and had an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. Lori works extremely hard and goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is attended to in a timely fashion. She worked tirelessly to make sure we were prepared when we put our house on the market, juggling all the many aspects of the transaction with grace and ease. Lori has a keen eye for design and is attentive to every detail. She designed every aspect of the staging of our home and provided many staging items from her own collection. Lori has a very deep and wide understanding of the local markets and possesses up to date information about the status of houses at each stage of the market. She has great relationships with the other agents in the area. She is a keen observer and accurately anticipates how each step will play out for all types of properties. Her sense of timing for listing, price, and marketing for our house turned out to be exactly right. In sum, Lori is the consummate professional. She is a great communicator and always available. She knows her stuff, is connected to the best tradespeople, keeps many balls in the air without dropping any, and has an impressive memory for details. Nothing slips through the cracks.
